Dynamic Couples Therapy
Couple's therapy begins with creating a safe space so that each individual can feel free to express their feelings, needs, and desired changes.
Couples will have the opportunity to :

- Change destructive patterns
- Find ways to reconnect with each other
- Create a new vision for the relationship
- Explore their own internal dynamics in the context of the couple's work
- Participate in home exercises designed to resolve conflict
- Deepen connection and foster a loving and nurturing relationship.

- Excessive anger and polarizations
- Lack of communication
- Diminished emotional and sexual intimacy
- Infidelity
- Value conflicts such as money or parenting
- Approach/Avoidant dynamics
- Abuse or lack of respect
